1. Uvod
Dobrodošli u iKagoo.com. These Terms & Conditions of Use (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of our website, products, product information, checkout process, compatibility review, support communication, and related services.
iKagoo is operated by Shenzhen Oak Bay Electronics Technology Co., Ltd. References in these Terms to “iKagoo,” “we,” “us,” or “our” refer to the website, brand, and operating company responsible for the applicable order or service.
iKagoo supplies vehicle-specific automotive electronics, including digital instrument clusters, OEM-style Android head units, integrated dashboard display upgrades, CarPlay and Android Auto connectivity products, AI CarPlay boxes, selected vehicle camera products, and related vehicle-specific installation accessories.
By accessing or using this website, creating an account, placing an order, submitting vehicle information, making a payment, or contacting our support team regarding an order, you agree to these Terms and to any policies referenced in these Terms.
These Terms should be read together with our Shipping Policy and Refund, Returns & Warranty Policy. Where a product page, written quotation, invoice, compatibility confirmation, or special order agreement contains product-specific terms, those product-specific terms also apply to the relevant order.
2. Website Use & Account Responsibility
You must be at least 18 years old, or the legal age of majority in your jurisdiction, to use this website, create an account, place an order, or submit payment information.
You agree not to misuse iKagoo.com, interfere with website functionality, attempt unauthorized access, introduce malicious code, scrape data in a harmful or excessive manner, submit false information, impersonate another person, or use the website for fraudulent, illegal, abusive, or unauthorized commercial purposes.
User accounts
If you create an account on iKagoo.com, you are responsible for keeping your username, password, login credentials, and account information secure.
You are responsible for activities that occur under your account unless unauthorized access is reported to us promptly and reasonably verified.
Customer-provided information
You are responsible for providing accurate and complete order information, including your name, email address, phone number, billing information, shipping address, vehicle year, make, model, trim, dashboard photos, original system information, left-hand-drive or right-hand-drive configuration, and any other compatibility details requested before or after purchase.
Information supplied by the customer is used to review compatibility, prepare the correct product configuration, arrange shipping, provide installation guidance, and investigate product or installation issues.
iKagoo is not responsible for delays, incorrect configuration, failed delivery, compatibility problems, or additional costs caused by incomplete, inaccurate, misleading, or outdated information provided by the customer.
Communication records
Compatibility confirmations, order changes, shipping instructions, troubleshooting steps, and special agreements may be confirmed through email, WhatsApp, website chat, order notes, invoices, or other written communication channels used by iKagoo.
Customers should retain relevant written communication, product photos, installation photos, packaging, labels, and tracking information until the order and any related support matter are fully resolved.
3. Product Safety & Responsible Use
iKagoo automotive electronics are intended to upgrade vehicle display, navigation, entertainment, connectivity, driver information, and dashboard functions. These products must be selected, installed, configured, and used responsibly.
Driver safety comes first. Do not watch videos, adjust complex settings, type navigation inputs, operate entertainment functions, or use any screen feature in a way that distracts from driving or violates local traffic and road-safety laws.
Android head units, CarPlay products, and AI boxes
- Video apps, streaming apps, games, and entertainment functions should only be used when the vehicle is safely parked.
- Local laws may restrict screen use, video playback, mobile interaction, or the placement of electronic displays while driving.
- The driver and vehicle owner are responsible for using the product in a legal, safe, and appropriate manner.
- CarPlay, Android Auto, Bluetooth, voice control, navigation, mobile applications, and online services may depend on the customer’s phone, operating system, mobile network, third-party application, regional availability, or subscription status.
Digitalne instrument table
- Digital instrument clusters are vehicle display upgrade products and should be used as part of normal responsible driving awareness.
- Drivers remain responsible for observing speed limits, warning lights, vehicle messages, traffic laws, fuel level, vehicle condition, and actual road conditions.
- Installation may require dashboard disassembly, original component transfer, connector inspection, wiring review, coding, calibration, vehicle setting adjustment, or post-installation testing.
- Some vehicles may require the transfer or retention of original circuit boards, buzzers, control modules, brackets, trim pieces, or other original components.
- Warnings, displayed values, themes, interfaces, and available functions may differ depending on vehicle equipment, original instrument version, regional configuration, and product software version.
Vehicle cameras and parking aids
- Rearview cameras, 360 camera systems, DVR products, parking sensors, and parking aids do not replace mirrors, shoulder checks, direct observation, or safe driving judgment.
- Displayed objects may appear closer, farther away, wider, narrower, or distorted depending on the camera angle, lens, screen ratio, calibration, lighting, and installation quality.
- The driver remains responsible for checking the surrounding area before and during vehicle movement.
Installation responsibility
Installation instructions, wiring diagrams, videos, messages, and remote support provided by iKagoo are general assistance based on the information available to us. They do not replace the judgment of a qualified automotive electronics installer.
Before connecting or disconnecting electrical components, the installer should follow appropriate vehicle safety procedures, protect the vehicle interior, inspect connectors, confirm voltage and polarity where relevant, and avoid forcing plugs or trim components.
Professional installation is strongly recommended for complex vehicle-specific products, especially digital instrument clusters, dual-screen dashboard upgrades, camera systems, products using factory amplifiers or optical-fiber systems, and products requiring dashboard disassembly, original component transfer, wiring review, coding, or calibration.
4. Product Information, Compatibility & Pricing
We aim to provide accurate product descriptions, images, specifications, compatibility notes, installation information, included accessories, and pricing. However, minor errors, outdated information, image differences, stock changes, software changes, manufacturing revisions, or specification updates may occur.
Vehicle-specific compatibility
Many iKagoo products are vehicle-specific. Compatibility may depend on vehicle year, model, trim, dashboard shape, original instrument type, original multimedia system, connector type, factory amplifier, optical-fiber system, original camera, steering-wheel controls, regional configuration, left-hand-drive or right-hand-drive layout, and optional equipment.
A vehicle model name or production year alone may not be sufficient to confirm compatibility. Customers should provide the requested dashboard photos, original screen photos, connector photos, system-version photos, or other vehicle information before purchase when compatibility is uncertain.
Product compatibility confirmed by iKagoo is based on the information, photos, and vehicle details supplied by the customer. A compatibility confirmation does not guarantee that installation will require no adjustment, original component transfer, configuration, troubleshooting, or professional assistance.
Customer information errors
If the customer orders without requesting compatibility confirmation, does not provide requested information, provides incomplete or incorrect information, changes the vehicle information after ordering, or installs the product in a different vehicle, return and refund handling may be affected under our Refund, Returns & Warranty Policy.
iKagoo compatibility confirmation errors
If all of the following conditions are satisfied, iKagoo will treat the matter as an iKagoo compatibility-confirmation error:
- iKagoo confirmed the product’s compatibility in writing before the customer completed the purchase;
- the customer supplied accurate and complete vehicle information, photos, and configuration details requested by iKagoo;
- the customer reports the installation failure to iKagoo within 7 kalendarskih dana nakon isporuke;
- the customer reasonably cooperates with requested troubleshooting, including providing clear photos, videos, connector information, and installation details;
- iKagoo completes its review and confirms that the installation failure resulted from iKagoo’s incorrect compatibility assessment rather than incorrect installation, customer-provided information, vehicle modification, physical damage, or another external cause.
When iKagoo confirms its own compatibility-assessment error under the conditions above, the customer will not be required to return the affected product. The customer may keep or dispose of the product, and iKagoo will refund the purchase price paid for the affected product. Original shipping charges, expedited shipping charges, installation labor, removal labor, mechanic fees, customs charges, and other third-party costs are non-refundable.
Product images and interface examples
Product images may include reference photos, installation examples, rendered images, interface examples, optional accessories, upgraded versions, or products installed in different vehicle configurations.
Actual appearance, color, user interface, menu structure, boot logo, packaging, accessories, wiring, mounting hardware, software version, and configuration may vary according to the product version, vehicle application, production batch, available supplier configuration, and regional settings.
Software and third-party services
Some products use Android, CarPlay, Android Auto, navigation applications, voice-control services, Bluetooth, Wi-Fi, mobile applications, or other third-party software and services.
The availability, appearance, language, performance, licensing, subscription requirements, and continued operation of third-party applications and services may be controlled by their respective providers and may change without notice.
Pricing and availability
Prices, discounts, coupons, product availability, shipping options, optional configurations, and promotional offers may change without notice.
We may correct pricing, specification, availability, or product-information errors before accepting or fulfilling an order. If an error materially affects an order that has already been paid, we may contact the customer to confirm a correction, offer a suitable alternative, or issue a refund.
5. Orders, Payments, Billing & Taxes
All orders placed through iKagoo.com are subject to order acceptance, successful payment, payment review, stock availability, product configuration, compatibility review where applicable, shipping-route availability, and compliance with applicable trade and logistics restrictions.
Order acceptance
An order confirmation or payment receipt does not necessarily mean that an order has been finally accepted for shipment.
We reserve the right to refuse, cancel, hold, or refund an order if:
- the product is unavailable or has been discontinued;
- the listed price, specification, or shipping charge is materially incorrect;
- the payment appears unauthorized, fraudulent, unusually high-risk, or requires additional verification;
- the order information, vehicle information, billing information, or delivery information is incomplete or inconsistent;
- the destination cannot be served by an available logistics route;
- the product appears unsuitable for the vehicle information provided;
- the customer does not respond to a necessary compatibility, payment, or shipping confirmation request;
- the transaction would violate applicable laws, payment-provider rules, carrier restrictions, or trade restrictions.
Payment verification
To reduce fraud, unauthorized transactions, chargebacks, and shipping disputes, iKagoo may request additional order verification when billing and shipping details do not match, when the order value is unusually high, when the destination differs from the payment information, or when a payment provider flags a transaction for review.
Verification may include confirmation of the customer’s name, contact information, shipping address, vehicle information, or payment authorization. Customers should not send full payment-card numbers, passwords, or other unnecessary sensitive credentials to iKagoo support.
Deposit and installment payments
Where iKagoo agrees in writing to accept a deposit, partial payment, or installment payment arrangement, the order will not be shipped until the full agreed product price, shipping charge, tax charge where applicable, and any other confirmed order amount have been received.
The payment schedule, balance due date, production arrangement, sourcing arrangement, and cancellation terms for a deposit or installment order may be stated in the relevant quotation, invoice, payment link, order note, or written communication.
A partial payment does not require iKagoo to ship a partial order unless partial shipment has been expressly agreed in writing.
Order changes and cancellations
Requests to change or cancel an order must be submitted as soon as possible and before shipment. A cancellation request is not effective until it has been reviewed and confirmed by iKagoo.
Vehicle-specific, specially configured, made-to-order, programmed, tested, specially sourced, custom-packaged, or customized products may not be cancellable once procurement, configuration, testing, production, or preparation has started.
Where a cancellation is approved after costs have already been incurred, iKagoo may deduct reasonable non-recoverable costs, payment-processing charges where legally permitted, special sourcing costs, configuration costs, or production costs before issuing the remaining refund.
Orders that have already been shipped cannot be cancelled as unshipped orders and must be handled under the applicable return and refund policy.
Shipping address changes
Customers must review the shipping address before payment and again when receiving an order confirmation.
An address-change request is not guaranteed after an order has entered processing or has been transferred to the carrier. iKagoo is not responsible for loss, delay, redirection charges, return charges, or customs issues caused by an incorrect or incomplete address supplied by the customer.
Import duties, VAT, and local taxes
Unless optional DDP Tax-Included Shipping is expressly shown at checkout or confirmed in writing by iKagoo before shipment, customers are responsible for applicable import duties, VAT, customs clearance fees, brokerage fees, remote-area charges, storage fees, and local taxes required by the destination country.
DDP availability depends on the destination country, product type, shipment value, package size, available logistics route, customs requirements, and current carrier service.
A customer should not assume that DDP shipping applies unless it is clearly stated in the order confirmation, invoice, checkout selection, or written communication from iKagoo.
Standard Shipping
Import duties, VAT, customs clearance fees, brokerage charges, and local taxes are normally paid by the customer when required by the destination country.
Optional DDP Shipping
For eligible orders and supported destinations, DDP tax-included shipping may be available when expressly selected or confirmed before shipment.
Local Rules Apply
Customs rules, tax thresholds, inspections, restricted-item rules, documentation requirements, and clearance procedures are controlled by the destination authorities and carrier.
Customs cooperation
Customers must provide reasonable customs-clearance information and cooperate with the carrier or customs authority when required.
If a shipment is refused, abandoned, not cleared, or returned because the customer does not pay required import charges, does not provide clearance information, supplies an incorrect address, or does not cooperate with delivery, any refund may be reduced by outbound shipping, return shipping, customs charges, storage charges, handling charges, and other non-recoverable costs.
6. Shipping, Returns, Refunds & Warranty
Your purchases are also governed by our Shipping Policy and Refund, Returns & Warranty Policy. These policies are incorporated into these Terms by reference.
Order processing and shipping
Orders may require processing, compatibility review, configuration, testing, packing, and logistics preparation before shipment.
Estimated delivery times begin after the order has been processed and shipped, not necessarily on the payment date.
Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by product preparation, customs inspection, courier delays, remote-area delivery, weather, public holidays, regional logistics disruption, incorrect customer information, customs clearance, or events outside iKagoo’s reasonable control.
Tracking and delivery
Customers are responsible for monitoring tracking information, responding to carrier communication, arranging receipt where necessary, and reporting significant delivery problems promptly.
A shipment may be considered delivered when carrier tracking, delivery confirmation, recipient signature, delivery photo, parcel-locker record, or other carrier evidence shows delivery to the address or delivery location supplied for the order.
Shipping damage and missing items
Customers should inspect the package and product promptly after delivery.
Visible shipping damage, missing items, incorrect items, or package shortages should be reported with clear photos or video of the outer packaging, shipping label, inner packaging, received product, and all included accessories.
Packaging, labels, accessories, and the product should be retained while the claim is being reviewed.
Returns and refunds
Returns require prior written approval from iKagoo. Customers must not return a product to the shipping origin, supplier address, warehouse address, or another address unless the return address has been specifically provided or confirmed by iKagoo.
Products returned without authorization, returned to the wrong address, missing accessories, missing packaging, physically damaged, modified, incorrectly wired, installed, scratched, contaminated, or no longer in resalable condition may be rejected or subject to reasonable deductions where permitted by law.
A customer must not ship a return using cash-on-delivery freight or an unapproved high-cost service unless iKagoo has expressly agreed in writing.
Non-quality returns
Non-quality returns may be accepted only when they meet the conditions stated in the Refund, Returns & Warranty Policy, including applicable approval, condition, packaging, time-limit, and return-shipping requirements.
Vehicle-specific products that have been installed, wired, modified, scratched, configured, damaged, or used beyond reasonable inspection may not qualify for a non-quality return.
Compatibility-related claims
Compatibility-related claims are reviewed using the product ordered, the vehicle information supplied before purchase, written compatibility communication, installation evidence, connector information, troubleshooting results, and any vehicle modifications identified during review.
The special no-return refund remedy for an iKagoo compatibility-confirmation error applies only when all conditions stated in Section 4 of these Terms and the Refund, Returns & Warranty Policy are satisfied.
Troubleshooting cooperation
Before approving a replacement, refund, return, or warranty remedy, iKagoo may request reasonable troubleshooting evidence, including:
- photos or videos showing the reported problem;
- photos of connectors, wiring, original components, product labels, and installation position;
- vehicle year, model, original system, and configuration information;
- error messages, startup behavior, screen behavior, or relevant system information;
- confirmation that installation steps, wiring, settings, or software instructions were followed;
- testing with the original vehicle component where reasonably possible.
Failure to provide reasonable evidence or cooperation may prevent iKagoo from confirming the cause of the issue and may delay or limit the available remedy.
Garancija
Products are covered only by the limited warranty terms stated in our Refund, Returns & Warranty Policy and any applicable product-page or written order terms.
Unless a different written warranty period is stated for a specific product, iKagoo automotive electronics are generally covered by a limited 12-month product warranty beginning from the delivery date.
Warranty service may include troubleshooting, replacement parts, repair guidance, software assistance, repair, replacement, partial refund, or another reasonable remedy selected according to the confirmed issue, product condition, product age, parts availability, and applicable law.
Warranty coverage does not include:
- installation labor, removal labor, reinstallation labor, mechanic fees, diagnostic fees, or third-party service charges;
- vehicle downtime, rental vehicle costs, lost income, lost business, or loss of use;
- damage caused by incorrect installation, incorrect wiring, forced connectors, incorrect voltage, short circuit, unsuitable power supply, or failure to follow installation instructions;
- physical damage, impact damage, broken screens, scratches, water damage, fire, overheating caused by external conditions, or contamination;
- damage caused by unauthorized repair, disassembly, modification, component replacement, firmware flashing, rooting, or software alteration;
- damage caused by vehicle faults, unstable vehicle voltage, incompatible aftermarket accessories, modified wiring, accidents, theft, vandalism, or natural disasters;
- normal wear, cosmetic aging, removable accessories, consumable items, or issues that do not materially affect normal use;
- third-party applications, subscriptions, cloud services, mobile networks, mapping services, or software services not controlled by iKagoo.
Nothing in this section removes or reduces any mandatory consumer right or statutory warranty that cannot legally be excluded under applicable law.

iKagoo will not publicly publish identifiable customer-submitted materials for marketing purposes without permission, except where the customer has submitted a public review, public social-media post, or other material intended for public display.

Maximum liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, iKagoo’s total aggregate liability arising from a product, order, transaction, or related claim will not exceed the amount actually paid by the customer to iKagoo for the specific affected product.
Shipping charges, customs charges, import duties, VAT, installation charges, removal charges, mechanic charges, and other third-party costs are not included in this liability limit unless their inclusion is required by applicable law.
Nothing in these Terms is intended to exclude, restrict, or limit liability or consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded, restricted, or limited under applicable law.
9. Odšteta
To the extent permitted by applicable law, you agree to indemnify and hold iKagoo, its operating company, personnel, contractors, and service providers harmless from claims, losses, liabilities, damages, costs, and reasonable expenses arising from:
- your fraudulent, unlawful, abusive, or unauthorized use of the website;
- your material breach of these Terms;

Where reasonably possible, iKagoo may offer an alternative shipping route, revised delivery estimate, substitute configuration, delayed fulfillment, cancellation, or refund depending on the effect of the event and the status of the order.
11. Governing Law & Dispute Handling
These Terms and transactions made directly with iKagoo are governed by the laws of the People’s Republic of China, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, except where mandatory consumer protection laws in the customer’s country or region provide rights that cannot legally be excluded.
Direct resolution first
Before starting a formal dispute, chargeback, payment claim, or legal proceeding, the customer agrees to contact iKagoo support and provide a reasonable opportunity for the issue to be reviewed.
The customer should provide the order number, issue description, vehicle information, photos, videos, tracking information, installation evidence, troubleshooting results, and other relevant information reasonably required to investigate the matter.
Payment-provider and carrier investigations
Where a dispute involves a payment provider, bank, carrier, customs authority, or logistics provider, final handling may also depend on the evidence requirements, investigation results, deadlines, and rules of the relevant provider.
A payment dispute or chargeback does not automatically determine product compatibility, product condition, delivery status, return eligibility, or warranty responsibility.
Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unlawful, invalid, or unenforceable, that provision will be limited or removed only to the minimum extent necessary. The remaining provisions will continue in effect.
No waiver
If iKagoo does not immediately enforce a provision of these Terms, that does not waive our right to enforce the same or another provision later.
Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms when our products, business processes, payment methods, shipping services, legal requirements, or policies change.
The version displayed on this page applies from the stated “Last updated” date. Material changes will not retroactively remove mandatory rights that already apply to a completed transaction.
