1. Shipping Coverage & Origin
iKagoo ships vehicle-specific automotive electronics to many supported countries and regions, including the United States, Canada, the United Kingdom, Australia, New Zealand, Germany, France, Spain, Italy, the Netherlands, other European Union countries, Southeast Asia, and additional international markets where suitable logistics service is available.
Most orders are dispatched from our fulfillment location in Kina. This allows iKagoo to prepare vehicle-specific products, confirm the selected configuration, inspect key components, package the order, and arrange a suitable international shipping route before dispatch.
Shipping availability may change depending on the destination country, product type, package size, order value, customs policy, carrier restrictions, local delivery coverage, and available shipping routes.
If your country is not available at checkout, or if your address is in a remote area, please contact iKagoo before placing the order so we can check whether a suitable delivery route is available.
iKagoo is operated by Shenzhen Oak Bay Electronics Technology Co., Ltd. A shipment may be processed through an appointed fulfillment or logistics provider, but the customer’s order remains subject to this Shipping Policy.
2. Order Processing Time
Most in-stock orders are processed within 1–3 radna dana after payment has been confirmed and any required vehicle compatibility information has been received.
Compatibility information may include the vehicle year, make, model, trim, dashboard photos, original multimedia system, instrument-cluster type, left-hand-drive or right-hand-drive layout, and other details requested for the selected product.
Vehicle-specific, specially configured, low-volume, temporarily unavailable, or custom-prepared products may require a longer processing period for compatibility review, configuration, testing, sourcing, packaging, or shipping-route confirmation.
If processing is expected to exceed the normal 1–3 business day period, iKagoo will contact the customer where reasonably practical using the email address, telephone number, WhatsApp contact, or other order communication details supplied by the customer.
Processing time is separate from delivery time. The estimated delivery period begins after the package has been dispatched, not on the date the order was placed or paid.
3. Shipping Methods & Estimated Delivery Time
iKagoo works with supported cross-border logistics providers, express couriers, customs-clearance partners, and destination-country delivery companies to deliver digital instrument clusters, OEM-style Android head units, integrated dashboard displays, CarPlay products, and related automotive electronics.
The carrier and shipping route are selected according to the destination, product type, package size, order value, declared shipping requirements, customs conditions, and current logistics availability.

These delivery periods are estimates, not guaranteed delivery dates. Customs inspection, tax-included routing, remote-area delivery, public holidays, weather, courier congestion, port disruption, local delivery conditions, or other events outside iKagoo’s reasonable control may extend delivery time.
Express and expedited shipping
Express or expedited delivery may be available for selected destinations and products. Availability and cost must be confirmed before shipment.
Express delivery does not remove customs inspection, local clearance requirements, restricted-item controls, remote-area surcharges, or destination-country delivery limitations.
PO Boxes and military addresses
We generally cannot ship to PO Boxes, APO/FPO military addresses, parcel-forwarding addresses that cannot accept international courier delivery, or addresses that cannot receive signature-based delivery where a signature is required.
Customers should provide a complete physical street address and an active local telephone number to reduce the risk of failed delivery.
4. Address Accuracy & Address Changes
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address during checkout. Please verify the recipient name, telephone number, country, state or province, city, postal code, street address, building number, apartment or unit number, and any access information required for delivery.
If you need to correct the address, contact iKagoo within 12 sati after placing the order.
An address-change request is not guaranteed once the order has entered processing, been assigned to a logistics route, received a shipping label, or been handed to the carrier.
Any address change approved after shipment may be subject to carrier redirection charges, storage charges, customs reprocessing, additional shipping charges, or delivery delay.
iKagoo is not responsible for failed delivery, loss, delay, redirection charges, return shipping, customs charges, or other costs caused by an incorrect, incomplete, inaccessible, or undeliverable address supplied by the customer.
5. Shipping Fees
Shipping fees are calculated according to the destination address, product type, package size, package weight, selected delivery method, available courier route, remote-area status, and whether a standard or eligible tax-included shipping route is used.
The applicable shipping charge is normally displayed before checkout confirmation or stated in the relevant quotation, invoice, payment request, or written order confirmation.
Additional charges may apply when the customer requests expedited delivery, changes the address after processing, provides a remote-area address, requires redelivery, or requests another service outside the original shipping arrangement.
Original shipping fees, expedited shipping fees, DDP or tax-included logistics service charges, customs charges, and other completed logistics costs are non-refundable after shipment, except where a refund is required by applicable law or expressly approved by iKagoo in writing.
This shipping-fee rule also applies when a separate product refund is approved under the conditions of the Refund, Returns & Warranty Policy .
6. Order Tracking
After an order has been shipped, a tracking number or tracking link will normally be sent to the email address registered with the order.
Customers are responsible for monitoring tracking information, responding to carrier messages, arranging delivery where necessary, and contacting the local carrier when a delivery attempt or customs-clearance request is shown.
Tracking information may not update immediately after dispatch. Some international shipments show limited tracking while moving through export processing, airline or line-haul transportation, customs clearance, route transfer, or handover to the destination-country carrier.
Tracking normally becomes more detailed once the package enters the destination country and is scanned by the local delivery network.
If tracking has not updated for an unusually long period, contact iKagoo support with your order number and tracking number. We will request available information from the logistics provider.
A temporary tracking delay does not necessarily mean that a package is lost. International tracking and carrier investigations may require additional time before the shipment status can be confirmed.
7. Duties, Taxes & Optional DDP Tax-Included Shipping
Import duties, VAT, customs-clearance fees, brokerage fees, inspection charges, local taxes, and other import requirements are controlled by the destination country, customs authority, carrier, or local government. These charges are not independently set by iKagoo.
Standard shipping
Unless an optional DDP or other tax-included shipping route is expressly shown at checkout or confirmed in writing by iKagoo before shipment, product prices and standard shipping charges do ne include import duties, VAT, customs-clearance fees, brokerage fees, or local taxes.
Under standard shipping, the customer is responsible for paying applicable import duties, VAT, customs charges, brokerage charges, local taxes, and other fees required for clearance and delivery.
Customers should respond promptly to customs or carrier requests and provide any identification, tax number, authorization, purchase information, or other clearance document required by the destination country.
Optional European Union DDP tax-included shipping
For eligible orders and supported European Union destinations, iKagoo may offer optional DDP Tax-Included Shipping.
DDP availability depends on the destination, order value, product type, package size, available logistics route, customs requirements, and current shipping-channel availability.
DDP applies only when the tax-included shipping arrangement is expressly selected at checkout or confirmed in writing by iKagoo before shipment. Customers should not assume that an order includes DDP unless it is clearly stated in the checkout selection, order confirmation, invoice, quotation, or written customer-service communication.
When an eligible DDP tax-included route is expressly confirmed, supported import duties and VAT are included in the agreed shipping arrangement.
DDP does not cover charges caused by an incorrect or incomplete address, customer-requested redirection, failed delivery, storage, repeated delivery attempts, refusal to cooperate with customs, prohibited or inaccurate customer declarations, remote-area services, or other costs outside the confirmed tax-included shipping service.
Evropska unija
Optional DDP tax-included shipping may be available for eligible EU orders when expressly selected or confirmed before shipment.
UK & Other Markets
A tax-included route applies only when iKagoo confirms its availability and terms in writing before shipment.
Standard Shipping
When DDP or another tax-included route is not expressly confirmed, the customer is responsible for applicable import charges.
Optional DDP tax-included shipping is not automatically available for every product, order, country, or destination. Availability must be confirmed before shipment.
Tracking and delivery time for DDP shipments
Some DDP shipments may show limited or delayed tracking during the transportation segment between China and the destination country.
Tracking usually becomes clearer after customs processing and handover to the destination-country delivery provider.
DDP shipments may take longer than standard express shipping because consolidated transportation, tax-included customs processing, route transfer, and local handover may require additional time. Some DDP shipments may take more than 15 days.
Refusal to pay customs fees
For standard shipping, or any shipment where DDP or another tax-included shipping arrangement was not expressly selected or confirmed, the customer remains responsible for required import charges.
If a package is delayed, refused, returned, abandoned, seized, or destroyed because the customer refuses to pay required duties, VAT, taxes, customs-clearance fees, brokerage fees, or other lawful import charges, iKagoo is not responsible for those charges or resulting losses.
Return shipping, customs storage, disposal charges, handling fees, carrier charges, and other non-recoverable costs resulting from refusal or non-cooperation may be deducted from any refund that is otherwise approved.
8. Refused or Undeliverable Shipments
A shipment may be treated as refused or undeliverable when delivery cannot be completed because of:
- an incorrect, incomplete, inaccessible, or unsupported address;
- failure to respond to delivery attempts or carrier communication;
- failure to collect the package from a local facility or parcel location;
- refusal to accept the package;
- failure to provide required customs-clearance information;
- refusal to pay applicable import duties, VAT, taxes, or clearance charges;
- a local import restriction or documentation problem caused by customer-supplied information;
- another delivery failure not caused by iKagoo.
Where a shipment is refused or undeliverable for a reason not caused by iKagoo, the customer is responsible for the resulting costs.
These costs may include original shipping charges, return shipping, redelivery, address correction, customs storage, customs processing, carrier handling, disposal, and other non-recoverable logistics expenses.
Original shipping and completed logistics charges are non-refundable after shipment.
Do not refuse a package or instruct a carrier to return it without first contacting iKagoo. Refusing delivery does not automatically create an approved return or a right to a full refund.
9. Lost Packages
If tracking shows that a package is still in transit but has not updated for an unusual period, contact iKagoo so we can request an investigation or status check from the logistics provider.
Lost-package claims are subject to carrier investigation. Investigation time varies according to the carrier, route, destination country, customs stage, and available tracking evidence.
iKagoo cannot issue a final replacement or refund before sufficient tracking information, carrier evidence, and shipment circumstances are available for review.
If the courier officially confirms that a package was lost during transit, iKagoo will review the claim and may arrange a replacement or refund according to the carrier investigation, order circumstances, product availability, and applicable law.
Tracking shows delivered
If tracking shows “Delivered” but you cannot locate the package, first check with family members, neighbors, building reception, security staff, parcel lockers, the local post office, and the destination-country delivery carrier.
Please also confirm that the shipping address and telephone number supplied with the order were correct.
Where available, iKagoo may request proof of delivery, delivery coordinates, a signature, delivery photograph, local carrier confirmation, or another delivery record.
iKagoo is not responsible for packages that are stolen, misplaced, collected by another person, or lost after confirmed delivery to the address or delivery location supplied by the customer, except where mandatory law provides otherwise.
Shipments that are not treated as lost
A shipment is not treated as lost when delivery failed because of an incorrect or incomplete address, customs non-cooperation, refusal of delivery, refusal to pay applicable import charges, an unattended delivery attempt, failure to collect the package, or another customer-controlled cause.
10. Shipping Damage, Missing Items & Incorrect Products
Customers should inspect the package and product promptly after delivery.
Visible shipping damage, missing accessories, package shortages, or receipt of an incorrect product should be reported to iKagoo as soon as reasonably possible after delivery.
To allow iKagoo and the carrier to review the claim, please provide clear photos or video showing:
- the complete outer package;
- the shipping label and tracking number;
- all sides of the outer packaging;
- the inner packaging and protective materials;
- the received product and product label;
- all accessories and items included in the package;
- the reported damage, shortage, or incorrect item.
Customers should retain the original packaging, shipping label, product box, protective materials, accessories, product labels, and received product while the claim is being reviewed.
Do not discard packaging, install a visibly damaged product, modify the product, or return the shipment without instructions from iKagoo when a shipping-damage or incorrect-product claim is under review.
Depending on the confirmed issue, available evidence, carrier investigation, product condition, and applicable law, iKagoo may offer replacement accessories, replacement parts, technical assistance, product replacement, return authorization, partial refund, or another reasonable remedy.
Shipping-damage, missing-item, and incorrect-product claims are handled separately from installation or compatibility claims. Compatibility, returns, refunds, and warranty matters are governed by the Refund, Returns & Warranty Policy .
